LifeSavers Summer Outing 2008

Since after one whole week of no one wanting to start a dialogue on the current issue of the New Yorker I have decided to offer something a bit more pleasant and not nearly as taboo: our LifeSavers Summer Outing.

This year we headed off to Dinosaur World in Dinosaur Valley at Glen Rose, Texas. Our mission: Find dinos and some cool fossils. We did all of that and almost passed out due to the heat! After two years in a row of outside field trips I think it is time to go back inside for next year.

Anyway... here are some pictures from our day. I am attempting to paint my den so I will be away from my computer for a few days as I have to do some moving of furniture for all of that to take place. Enjoy!

I love the way you did the slide show! Reminds me of the reel-to-reel documentary movies we were so blessed to endure in school! So '70s!
